8 Days / 7 Nights Program
Day of Arrival:
WELCOME – INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW - FLOWER BATH AND WELCOME CIRCLE
Airport pickup and transfer to your accommodation
Room setup and scheduling of your 20-minute personal interview
6:00 PM: Welcome circle and flower bath
Presentation of the team and weekly program
7:30 PM: Dinner and overnight at Villa del Sol

Day 2 to 7:
LYMPHATIC PURIFICATION ROUTINE – NUTRITION COACHING – YIN YOGA - CIRCLES
7:00 AM: Cleansing with lemon tea
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Daily lymphatic system routine
Free time or optional activities/treatments
12:30 PM: Fruit extract
1:30 PM: Lunch
Afternoon: free time or optional activities/treatments
5:00 PM: Yoga
6:30 PM: Fruit extract
7:30 PM: Dinner
Massage and nutrition coaching (Schedule Time)
Day 8:
LYMPHATIC ROUTINE SUP YOGA – BEACH WALK – CACAO CEREMONY

8:00 AM: Daily trampoline routine for the lymphatic system
